The LILY HAVEN Home is in the final stages of becoming a licensed Residential Child Caring Agency (RCCA), designed to provide survivors with a structured yet nurturing environment where healing and growth can flourish.
Rooted in the Teaching Family Model, our home balances consistency with compassion, offering a space where residents feel safe, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Through this model, we create a family-style atmosphere where therapeutic care is seamlessly woven into daily life.
Our home is staffed 24/7 by dedicated Family Teachers (house parents) and Support Staff, ensuring that each resident receives the guidance, encouragement, and stability needed to build confidence and strength. At LILY HAVEN, every challenge becomes an opportunity for growth.

LILY HAVEN provides a holistic, survivor-centered program designed to empower individuals on their healing journey. Our dedicated team works together to create personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
Our approach is rooted in the evidence-based, trauma-informed Teaching Family Model, guiding everything we do. As we work toward accreditation, this model ensures our program remains trauma-responsive, strengths-based, and survivor-led.
Our goal is to help survivors build strong protective factors, reducing the risk of revictimization and laying a solid foundation for a brighter future.
